1. For proof of birth - Xerox of birth certificate or school leaving certificate.
1. Ration card (with the name of the person who has to issue the election card) Xerox.
- If there is no name in the ration card.
Example of the Minister of Gram Panchayat of your village. (Proving that this person belongs to this village)
2. Xerox of the election card of one person in your household.
